ChiroAbility, LLC was founded on the premise that chiropractic offices do not have adequate resources available to properly train and educate their professional and para-professional staff. This is essential for practice growth and low day to day stress. Karin Toner Pierce, the founder of ChiroAbility, LLC started in the medical field as an office manager for an Adolescent Specialist/Internist. Karin is a certified insurance underwriter as well, having worked within the insurance industry for a multi-national corporation for over eight years. After years of working in the insurance and medical fields, she became involved in the chiropractic community and now services only the chiropractic profession. Over the past eighteen years, she has had the opportunity to work with solo practitioners as well as offices which provided medical, rehabilitative and chiropractic services to its patients. These experiences have given Karin the appropriate background and education to fulfill a necessary role as mentor and consultant to these professions.
